The Diocese is split into two Archdeaconries
Newark & Nottingham
with an Archdeaconry Vice-President. There are six Deaneries in Newark and five in Nottingham
Each Deanery is run by a committee with Branch Leaders and appointed representatives
The Deanery Committee meets three or four times a year. The Deanery Leader chairs this meeting and the Deanery Treasurer presents their accounts.
From this meeting, representatives are chosen to serve on the Diocesan Units of Action & Outreach, and Prayer & Spirituality. Information from the Diocesan Trustees and Council meetings are reported here. Unit representatives are expected to report on the activities of their Units, to put into practice any action that is required and report back to her unit any ideas from this Committee so that there is a two way exchange
