Food Bank Collection for Sutton Foodbank

All Mothers’ Union branches had been asked by Liz Pullen, our Diocesan President, to set up a food bank collection point in their Church. This is to be a whole Church project and we are encouraging the congregation at St Dunstan’s  to donate the food that Sutton Foodbank have specifically asked us for.

The items are: tinned sponge puddings, tinned rice pudding, ready-made custard, long-life milk or fruit juice, (these must have a minimum of 3 months shelflife), tinned meat and tinned fish. Absolutely nothing else as storage is tricky.

There is a green box in Church and MU will regularly deliver items to Sutton Foodbank.
